1.1. DS-Airport-Service operates a booking portal (www.spanien-life.de) for transfer services. The user of the portal can check the availability of transfers from various transfer companies (collectively "Provider") according to the entries you have made. Furthermore, the user can conclude a contract with the respective provider regarding the transport you have chosen.
1.2. DS-Airport-Service acts solely as an intermediary of the transport services of the respective providers and arranges contracts in the name and on the account of the offerers. Between the DS-Airport service and the user, in the event of a booking of a transport service, a business agreement is concluded, the object of which is the conveyance of the transport service.
1.3. By signing up, you offer to the selected provider the conclusion of a transport contract bindingly. The contract is concluded by acceptance by the selected provider or by acceptance by DS-Airport-Service on behalf of the supplier. The contract is also concluded when an invoice is sent by DS-Airport-Service or the respective supplier to the customer.
1.4. The mediated contract is based on its own General Terms and Conditions (GTC of the provider). The terms of payment, rules on maturity, liability, etc. as well as other restrictions and obligations of the user are regulated. The corresponding terms and conditions of the providers are provided to the user on the website for inspection and acceptance.
1.5. The contract text and the order data are stored for processing the contractual relationship and forwarded to the selected contract partners (eg carriers, credit card companies, etc.) by way of contract handling.
2. Obligations of the customer
Any shortcomings of the placement service shall be reported immediately to DS-Airport-Service. If a defect report is found to be culpable, any claims of the user arising out of the mediation contract are excluded, as long as it is not a violation of life, body or health.
3. Booking processing
The price stated in the booking confirmation is binding. The payment is possible with Paypal or with cash payment at the driver upon pickup. In the case of payment with Paypal, the amount is payable at the time of conclusion of the contract and is charged by Paypal at this time. If the payment method is selected at the time of booking, the amount will be paid directly to the driver upon pickup.
4. Liability of DS-Airport-Service
4.1. The individual details of the transport services are based on the information provided by the providers. A guarantee for this is not accepted by DS-Airport-Service. This does not apply if DS-Airport-Service was known or should have known incorrect and / or incorrect information. In this respect liability for the recognition of such circumstances is limited to the cases of intent and gross negligence.
4.2. DS-Airport-Service shall not be liable for the mediation success and / or the actual proper delivery of the transport service itself.
4.3. Otherwise, DS-Airport-Service will only be liable in case of damage, which is not a violation of life, body or health, only in case of intent and gross negligence. This also applies to liability for assumed guarantees or liability for the violation of essential contractual obligations. In the case of negligent violation of cardinal obligations, the liability is limited to contractual and foreseeable damages. 5. Choice of law and jurisdiction
Only Spanish law applies to the contractual relationship between the customer and DS-Airport-Service. 2. We provide the booked transfers as follows:
- Transfer airport / holiday address
For the booked airport and arrival time from the airport to the hotel, a waiting period of up to 60 minutes from the booked arrival time on the transfer is agreed upon as reasonable.
- Transfer of holiday resort / airport
The pick-up time at the holiday address should be about 3 hours before the departure time.
The arrival and departure times stated in the booking documents are binding.
The transport price includes one suitcase and one hand luggage per person.
The transport of special luggage and additional luggage may be possible for a fee, but this must be requested extra at the time of booking.
3. Changes in performance
A change of services after contract conclusion at your request is only possible in the following cases:
You can change the flight data at the desired destination by using DS-Airport-Service. Changes are possible until 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. From 72 hrs prior to the planned arrival of the first tour we charge a fee of EUR 5, - per booking. In the case of non-display of modified flight data, our obligation to transport ceases.
Should you be informed by your airline or your travel agent about a change in the return flight data, please contact our local service provider immediately to re-schedule the pick-up time.
The travel date can be shifted by a maximum of 3 days. For this change, a fee of EUR 5, - will be charged from 72 hours before departure.
It is not possible to change the destination, mode of transport and destination airport.
4. Termination
You may withdraw from the contract at any time before commencement of carriage. To avoid misunderstandings, the rescission should be declared in writing. The non-entry is basically considered a rescission. Decisive for the withdrawal date is the receipt of the withdrawal declaration by us or DS-Airport-Service. If you cancel the contract or if you do not accept the transport services, we may demand compensation for our expenses and the necessary travel arrangements. You expressly reserve the right to prove against us that a damage has not occurred or only a significantly lower damage occurred.
As a rule, the cost of rescission, which we must demand:

5. Limitation of liability
Our liability for contractual claims for damages shall be limited to the amount of the triple transport price, insofar as damage has not been caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us or a service provider and is not a corpse.
